Washington ain’t doing that absurd trade if u were Dallas if trade smith but they’ll probably wait. They should trade Barnes for Otto Porter though, he’d fit better with Smith/Luka being a spot up non dominant player. Barnes is more iso heavy than target Vucavic in the offseason

That's a bad trade for both sides. Doncic is not a long term solution at point guard. He no doubt needs another ball handler with him. The ideal fit is someone with a high bbiq to match his as well as someone who can play make and play off each other. Dragic and him were lethal together in euro basket. I honestly think Brunson is a potentially good fit, but he needs mentored. Now that I think about it, why not target Dragic as a bridge to Brunson? (Side note Dragic is Luka's mentor) Swap DSJ for their 2019 1st (top 3 prorected) and Dragic... Barnes has to go too. They need someone who can defend and knock down open 3's consistently. Fucking Otto Porter would be a match made in heaven for them if only Washington were that stupid, or are they?
