OSU vs ND ?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A Mac aka The Truth said:
It is a fact. I was recruited out of HS for sports, Ive had plenty of friends that were as well. Not many were five star and they had coaches selling them the world.
Unless one of those coaches was JT, you can not say that about him. It's irrelevant what any other coaches say.

Everyone says JT absolutely will not promise PT, and that includes many 5 star recruits that he's recruited.

That didnt take long.

For which team ?

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did anyone see Tedd Ginn just now? I'm under the impression he scored however I couldn't catch a jersey number but someone just took one 70 yards :chuckles:

Im confused by the defense of Notre Dame. Troy Smith is a bad QB, but they are playing a soft zone that allows easy passes to be made. I feel like im watching the Browns defense, it doesnt make any sense. If you play man on the Buckeye WRs, Smith is useless unless he runs.

Notre Dame is beating them selves, OSU isnt doing anything special. Bad coaching on defense, and im not sure why he didnt go for that field goal.

Thats how it goes sometimes...OSU has a tough D, but Notre Dame is beating Notre Dame.

Unless ND changes some things up.... From what i've seen, they don't even belong on the same field as OSU...

OSU is killing themselves with TO'S...

This thing should have been over an hour ago...

Thats sad that you aren't giving credit to Smith when he deserves it. He has like 200. Smith is bad? He's the 6th rated passer in the country, sure he's no Brady Quinn but he is out performing Quinn two fold.

How can you be so biased as to call him bad when he has 250 yards passing, 56 yards rushing, 75% passing over 6 yards per rush with 2 td's already. You can't just throw anyone in there and expect those numbers, admit it, yeah ND sucks right now but Smith is destroying them.

What a job the refs put on Notre Dame tonight. Blown calls, missed calls. That call on that pass was unreal.

I cant believe how they could possibly make those calls..

but Ill hand it the defense of the Buckeyes, they made the stops when they needed to make the stops. But even with the bad refs, Notre Dame has nobody to blame but themselves, dropping passes all night, not making adjustments when they needed to, going for that fourth down early in the game.

Smith, Hawk, and Ginn did it tonight....

The Buckeys basically told the IRISH to get off their field....ND does not belong on the same field as OSU...

That thing should have been 45-20...

ND got bitch slapped by a superior team... NO shame in that...

Smith had over 400 yards of all purpose offense 2 big 3rd and long conversions before the big run. Still think he is bad mac? The analysts said he is an early heisman candidate he had 350 yards passing and 60+ rushing :)

If A.J. HAWK spent anymore time on Brady Quinn

A.J.'s girlfriend is likely to think that her brother is trying to steal her boyfriend!

Won by 14, should have been more. Truth, your comments make me laugh, but that is the usual with you.

-The Buckeyes had over 600 yards (almost double ND)
-Smith threw for over 300 yards, Pittman ran for over 100 yards, and Ginn and Holmes received for over 100 yards!
-Had two field goals blocked
-Lost the turnover battle

but yeah the Irish totally beat themselves this game. Truth, just so you know, I forward most of your posts to friends outside of this website for a good laugh. You never let us down!!! Keep up the great work!

(make sure to swear to make your points.)

I dont see how Ohio State can win tihs game to be honest.
It looks like Weis is a perfect match for the arrogant Domer nation:
Much has been made of the comments of Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis at the Fiesta Bowl media day.

The Columbus Dispatch reported, “when asked which was more impressive, Weis’ four Super Bowl rings or Jim Tressel’s five national championship rings, the Irish coach raised his hand, motioned to the Super Bowl ring on his finger and said, "This one is bigger than all five of his put together."

Weis’ ego is completely out of control and illustrates a lack of respect for the accomplishments of everyone else and even the college game as a whole. To imply a single NFL championship gained as an assistant coach is better than winning five national championships as a head coach borders on lunacy. It is also tantamount to spitting in the eye of his current peers; if the NFL is the only place where they really play football then Weis should end his self-imposed stint in purgatory and get back to heaven as soon as possible. Why waste time amongst amateurs when greatness is calling?

OSU 30 - ND 27.
I've got to admit I was wrong on this one. I thought with all things being equal we win a tight game. If you'd of told me that things would not be equal, that OSU would lose the turn over battle and play worse special teams than ND, I'd of said it'd be a loss all the way. I just didn't think ND was that far behind us. As it turns, they're not even close to being on the same level. A pleasant suprise.

It just goes to show how gay the media is for Notre Dame. They haven't beaten anybody this year, and obviously didn't deserve to be ranked so high.
