OSU vs ND ?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
mac i know you have hatred for the bucks, and since dame is playing them i can see why you feel this way.

you have got to be a fool to honestly think that their is no chance ohio state can beat notre dame.

notre dame could barely beat the cardinal, i bet you were saying the same thing then. you defense has allowed almost 2 times as many points as the bucks have and you played against "cakes."

obvisouly you dont watch or follow the bucks, thats cool. i dont think that dame can beat the bucks. i mean the bucks offense has played well the last 6 games of the year, racking up 400 plus yards isnt anything, right.

vince young is much harder to stop than brady quinn bro. quinn is a better passer dont get me wrong, but vince is a freak.

if im not mistaken their have been sooooooo many running quaterbacks that have suceeded in college. why was nebraska so good for so long, they only ran the option, pretty one demionsal to me. troy smith has proven over the last 6 games of this year that he can throw the ball around the field. hes only 13-2 as a starter, hate all you want.

yes ginn is overatted but he came on late in the year.

i see the game being within 10 points.

I posted this question to one of my friends. He's an OSU alum, but he is not a homer. He's always been highly skeptical of any success. He's also very knowledgeable about football in general and the Buckeyes specifically. Anyway, here's our exchange:

Now that's more like it. Those arguments take into account much more of the big picture than your initial arguments.

And I know my answer wasn't scientific. I don't think OSU will lose to ND 35-31. I was only stating it to illustrate how poor your initial answer was.

good stuff cstyle. the minni game was when youbooty got burned but didnt get burned, he just turned around 1/10 of a second to late. besides that the d was solid every game.

the offense will put up 30 points, dame doesnt have anything that will slow this team down. of course if dame has the ball all of the time than that will be a totally different stroy.

and another thing to remember was that a lot of those games at the end of the year the starters only played 3 quaters, or we just ran the ball to kill the clock and show "respect."

First off, in order to be a ND fan, you must possess an inordinate amount of arrogance.
A Mac, does my buddy James know you? :chuckles:

Funny, I've heard you make similar comments to his about Buckeye fans.

Anyway, it sounds like James has you pegged.

Not even close. I have never made any statements any where near that.

yes you did you fucking liar. look at post 27.

i hate ND so much Brady Quin is a little prick aand i love how his siter is getting it from a OSU player

Looking and I see nothing.

So exactly where am I liar?

"Obviously when two teams ranked ahead of both teams lose, stuff like this is bound to happen.

Moron..

but as for the game, Im excited to watch it. Notre Dame is def not over rated. A very good offense vs a very good defense is what this game breaks down to. I dont think OSU has had to play a team with such a potent passing attack and a great game planning coach.

Its pretty hard to say USC is overrated, last years champs, best player by far in the nation. That is a pretty idiotic comment...USC is an amazing team, what they and Texas did this weekend was an obvious statement how good both teams are.

i like this bowl lineup this year. Good games all across the board."

hmmm..yeah. Thats what I thought. Nothing in that post is even close to being related to what that moron of a Buckeye fan said about Notre Dame fans.

I've gotta admit, even I'm scratching my head at this one, Cali.

Cali aside, Mr. Bucknuts also thinks all domers are arrogant:

This section of the article was particularly enjoyable to read:

let’s sneak a look at the Notre Dame, uh, accomplishments in the last eleven years or so:

1994: Notre Dame starts its skein by losing in the (1995) Fiesta Bowl to Colorado 41-24

1995: In the closest game in this study, the Irish are beaten in the (1996) Orange Bowl 31-26 by a pretty good Florida State squad.

1996: Uhhh, they didn’t make a bowl trip this year. Probably still upset from the previous year…

1997: Notre Dame got beat up by LSU in the Independence Bowl 27-9. You will begin to note the trend of lesser bowls and larger margin of losses…

1998: Georgia Tech out-engineered the Irish 35-28 in the Gator Bowl.

1999: Following another trend, Notre Dame was left out of the bowl picture to reflect upon their previous losses.

2000: Notre Dame got crushed in the (2001) Fiesta Bowl by traditional power Oregon State, 41-9.

2001: Same trend – they skipped this year.

2002: Yet another perennial power (North Carolina State) took up the challenge, smothering Notre Dame 28-6 in the (2003) Gator Bowl.

2003: See ’96, ’99 and ’01. The bowl game people gave the Irish another year off.

2004: Oregon State was back for more Irish stew as they took out Notre Dame 38-21 in that Step-Child of All Bowls, the Insight Bowl.

So let’s add it up. Eleven bowl years, eligible for bowl games in only seven of them, lost all seven, by a total score of 241-123 or an average beat-down of 34-17.

i was fucking aroung bro. and you thought i was serious, im laughing out loud. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :thisguy: cstyle.

Who Gives Two Fucks About This Game....fiesta Bowl Means Nothing This Year....
