Good point.
But consider that the problem may not be so much white as it is blue. Corruption in police departments and the system(prosecutors, judges, attorneys) protecting that corruption is a bigger issue imo. Police brutality and misconduct doesn't seem to be a black/white issue.
Decent article here... http://www.slate.com/articles/news_...conduct_black_cops_don_t_reduce_violence.html
that concludes...

"But there’s a problem. For as much as police diversity has value for image and community relations, it’s not clear that it does anything to cure the problem of police abuse and brutality in black and Latino communities. Just because an officer is black, in other words, doesn't mean he’s less likely to use violence against black citizens."

Exactly. The system itself currently operates in a way that is unjust toward people of color. That's what Kap, BLM, etc. have been saying all along. That's the core argument and point.

The one acquitting is most often a judge, not actually a jury. If a cop in a typically racist area can shoot someone and then go to trial with a judge, who more often than not came from the local racist justice system, do we not see a problem there?

Where does this happen? How often is it happening?

Yes! That's been the point of BLM for a while now. It's not that all white people/cops are bad as individuals, it's that the system (originally installed by white supremacists) disproportionately punishes blacks. And overreach through violence is an issue regardless of race even if it effects more black people.

Where does this happen? How often is it happening?

It happens nearly every day. Only not just in "typically racist areas". And not just racist cops. And not just minority victims.

Most of the time the cop never makes it to trial, because boot licking grand juries rarely decide to even indict.

Who installed the system specifically? What system specifically did they install? How does the system disproportionately punish blacks?

So where are these typically racist areas where cops are shooting blacks and getting off the hook by racist judges?

Just now getting to the point. It is the crazy part to me that everyone would be better off if the police could improve their systems. If the police weren't so aggressive everyone would benefit including the police thselves, who have gotten a bad rap for things not all of them do. Supporting their own even in the fa e of overwhelming evidence has hurt them, even though they have gotten those guys off. Unarmed civilians shouldn't be killed and it needs to stop being controversial.

I don't know, you have to ask whoever made that claim. My claim is that cops everywhere are shooting people of every race and getting off the hook by judges and grand juries whether or not they are racist.

That is exactly what I did. I am not sure what you are going on about because I just need to know where these racist areas are with racist judges that let cops off the hook.

I did not know that these places exist to the point that NFL players are kneeling because of it.

Good. You get to the bottom of that. Police kill indiscriminately and almost never face disciplinary action, but as long as we get these assholes off of their knees during the national anthem, 'Murica will be great again.

Oh do they? I would not know... I have always found that by following the law I avoid confrontation with police officers altogether.

It has not failed me yet.

That's very good. You were taught well. Just make sure you keep doing as you're told and everything will be fine.

Yeah see what is interesting is that nobody has ever had to tell me anything. I just always thought that was considered common sense...

What do I know? Amirite?
