Could use some input on my team. 12 team league. My QB position is obviously weak. Edwards has great receivers (but a crappy line) and Garrard plays on a run-heavy offense. That being said, I like my depth at RB and WR, my D should be top 5, and those QBs (especially Edwards) have some potential upside.

QB: Trent Edwards

RB: Brandon Jacobs
RB: Clinton Portis
RB/WR: Ronnie Brown

WR: Vincent Jackson
WR: Braylon Edwards

TE: Zach Miller

D: Tennessee Titans

K: Neil Rackers

Bench:
David Garrard (QB)
Ray Rice (RB)
Ladell Betts (RB)
Torry Holt (WR)
Mark Clayton (WR)
Nate Burleson (WR)

Great runningbacks are a key, and you have them. I have also learned the hard way that bad quarterbacks will catch up with you. Welcome to the Burleson fan club.

First live draft of 3 leagues I'm in (10 team league)...Please rate:

QB: Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger

RB: Michael Turner, Darren Mcfadden, Jamal Lewis, Darren Sproles

WR: Roddy White, Bernard Berrian, Braylon Edwards, Santana Moss, Domenik Hixon, Darrius Heyward-Bey

TE: Owen Daniels

PK: Nick Folk (DAL)

Defense: NY Giants

I had the Roddy/Burner combo last year so I'm hoping for similar results this season, I'm also on the D-Mac bandwagon...Pip makes a good argument that a poor line and QB will make it tough for him but he's the real deal, on the same level talentwise as Peterson IMO.

The only weaknesses I see are my WR and RBs after the number one options but I like Favre throwing to Berrian and even if LT stays healthy I think Sproles will get a lot of touches.

Drafting Jamal and Braylon were tough calls but I had to rep the browns in at least one of my leagues :chuckles:

I guess this is a good time for me to mention the fact that the Raiders are the most pitiful franchise on the planet. An assistant coach is currently suing the head coach for assult, anyone with an ounce of respect in the NFL refuses to be associated with them unless they are wildly overpaid, and the owner is convinced that a balsam wood plane can fly Smithers across Springfield like a spruce goose.

So uhhhh....

In my second draft (14 team league) I ended up taking both Jonathan Stewart AND DeAngelo Williams and they are far and away my two best backs.

This seemed like a good move at the time based on who was on and off the board by the time I picked.

Am I fucked?

This is my team in the RCF money league. PPR, had pick #10 in 10 team league...

QB: Shaub, Hasselbeck
RB: Slaton, Gore, Stewart, Benson, F. Jones
WR: Boldin, Colston, V. Jackson, K. Walter, C. Henry
TE: Olson, Carlson
K: Rackers
D/ST: Packers

I just had this draft earlier, money league, keeper (first year) 12 team .5 PPR, had pick #9

QB: McNabb, Garrard, Flacco
RB: S. Jackson, R. Bush, Lynch, Stewart, J. Jones, J. Davis
WR: A. Johnson, Colston, H. Ward, Chambers, Nicks, Britt, Garcon
TE: Daniels, Fasano
K: S. Graham
D/ST: Patriots

Here's mine, 10 team league, and our scoring includes PPR(point per reception)

QB: Phillip Rivers
RB: Maurice-Jones Drew
RB: Derrick Ward
RB/WR: Bernard Berrian
WR: Calvin Johnson
WR: Randy Moss
TE: Tony Gonzalez
D/ST: Tennessee
K: Akers

Bench: Larry Johnson, Jamal Lewis, Derrick Mason, Dominique Hixon, Donnie Avery, Visanthe Shiancoe, Brett Favre

Heres mine. Had last pick in 10 person league.

QB: Jake Delhome, Chad Pennington
RB: Thomas Jones
RB: Brandon Jacobs
RB/WR: Ronnie Brown
WR: Reggie Wayne
WR: Eddie Royal
TE: Zach Miller
D/ST: Bears
K: Jason Elam

RB: LeRon McClain
RB: LenDale White
WR: Sanatana Moss
WR: Devin Hester
WR: Jericho Cotchery
WR: Antonio Bryant

I know my QB's are weak, Flacco is on the waiver wire should I pick him up? Who should I drop?

Here's what I just finished up with in a 12-man league:

QB: Matt Ryan
WR: Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, Mark Clayton
RB: Frank Gore, Beanie Wells
WR/TE: Antonio Gates
K: Phil Dawson
D-Sp Team: Minnesota
D-Individual: Ellis Hobbs

Bench:
LeRon McClain
Donald Brown
Chris Chambers
Josh Cribbs
Mark Sanchez
Joe Flacco

Last Round Funny Name Pick: Mohamed Massaquoi

Thinking of switching Ryan and Flacco depending on how things go, and banking on my currently injured guys to be back to 100% by Week 2.

Randolph dropping insight. :chuckles:

QB: Drew Brees, Brady Quinn
RB: Maurice Jones-Drew, Marion Barber, Beanie Wells, Cedric Benson
WR: Terell Owens, Chad Ochocinco, DeSean Jackson, Patrick Crayton, Josh Cribbs
TE: Jason Witten, Kevin Boss
D/ST: Eagles, Browns
K: Rob Bironas

What do you think? Only my 2nd fantasy league so definitely up for some criticizing.

When you admit that your WR and RB are weak, then you know your team is in trouble. How could you get that much lack of talent at those two positions without having a top 3 TE, especially in a 10 teamer, is mind boggling. You really need an LT injury to have a chance to compete for the title. Plus a breakout from one of your WR's.

Heres mine. Had last pick in 10 person league.

QB: Jake Delhome, Chad Pennington

10 Team league and all you could get at QB were those guys? Team's backups will be better than your starters (even if you pick up Flacco). No backup TE? I don't see it for you. Leon Washington will steal too many carries from Thomas Jones. Better hope White still steals goalline carries.

Who were your first few round picks? Wayne and Jacobs? You could have gotten better than that.

Yup...you're fucked.

12 team, 14 player roster (no idea why...no bench at all). First couple of picks were auto-draft. I would have picked two different guys and would have had a whole different look. Start 2 RB, 3 WR...Oh well...

QB Carson Palmer, David Garrard
RB Steven Jackson, Chris Johnson, Knowshon Moreno
WR Wes Welker, Vincent Jackson, Santana Moss, Antonio Bryant, Dominic Hixon
TE Owen Daniels
PK Crosby
Def Chicago, Tampa Bay

The lack of a bench will be interesting since injured players will be harder to stash on the bench for later. Lots of waiver wire action.
