Should I drop Delhome/Pennington for Garrard?

I really need quarterback help!

OC: Great work. I really like your WR depth.

Garrard is better than Delhomme, in my opinion, but Chad Pennington is a nice bench player. He isn't flashy, but he is consistent.

10 teams, I picked 7th. .5 ppr, Touchdown values vary by length (5, 7, 10 pts) for all positions. Everything else standard.

Team QB: Must carry only 2
Houston - Matt Schaub (74th)
Atlanta - Matt Ryan (94th)

RB: Must carry at least 3, max 4
DeAngelo Williams (7th)
Steve Slaton (27th)
Kevin Smith (47th)
Darren McFadden (54th)

WR: Must carry at least 5, max 6
Calvin Johnson (14th)
Terrell Owens (34th)
Roy Williams (67th)
Chris Henry (107th)
Josh Morgan (127th)
Chris Chambers (147th)

TE: Must carry at least 1, max 2
Chris Cooley (87th)

K: Must carry at least 1, max 2
Stephen Gostkowski (114th)

Team D: Must carry at least 1, max 2
Philadelphia (134th)
Indianapolis (154th)

I didn't really draft with any strategy except for BPA. I got a couple guys a few rounds later than they were "supposed" to go (Smith, Williams, Chambers). Overall, I like my team, but 90% of fantasy is luck anyways. Those teams whose first 5 picks stay healthy most of the year usually are on top.

Edit: Start: 1 QB, 1 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def, 1 Flex RB/WR/TE, 1 "Overtime" Player
