Jamison replaced Howard and the Lakers have played with a lot more energy and purpose.

Howard hasn't played with energy all year. Just doesn't feel like playing help defense at all.

Very creative last shot designed for Kobe by the Lakers...

But they survive to torment us for another day.

D'Antoni played 7 guys tonight again. Nash has to get healthy for them to get through the next few games. Kobe looked like he didn't have much left down the stretch, and they're playing Sunday afternoon.

Lakers win the game that they looked to lose , Kobe throws up a ill advised shot with like 12 seconds left up by 1. Dwight gets fouled makes 1 ft for a 2 point lead leaving 4 seconds . Griz player gets the ball to the hoop but misses the shot with contact but hey who's complaining the lakers still up by 1/2 and that pick is still in our possession F off Phoenix :chuckles:

D'Antoni played 7 guys tonight again. Nash has to get healthy for them to get through the next few games. Kobe looked like he didn't have much left down the stretch, and they're playing Sunday afternoon.

D'Antoni is going to run this team into the ground playing that thin of a rotation with the age and injury history of that roster.

I really don't expect D'Antoni to be there at the start of next season

d'antonie knows he needs to get into the playoffs. it doesnt matter what the team does in the playoffs. he just needs to get there. Getting there is by far the most important thing Dantoni can do to stay at LA. so if he runs a 7 man rotation when he has 2 starters out then thats what he will do. they are past the point of "saving" anything.

Lakers stuck around for most of the first half, but didn't finish it well (gave up 3 offensive rebounds that led to scores) against an obviously far deeper team.

5 minutes into the third quarter and Dwight Howard has fucking 2 rebounds? Brittney Griner can do better than that.
