Saras dead set on Cavs?

Yea, the only reason he wouldn't sign is if Ferry tries to be a dick to him. We have already put ourselves out as a respectable organization. Pay him the 3 yr 10 mil, it's really not that bad. If we lowball him we'll regret it.

if we do sign sarunas then we need an upgrade on d at the power forward spot. i think drew for a pick is a real possibility, opening up cap space. if we do a. daniels direction we could stay with drew in the middle. solid backcourt d would cover z and drew in the middle. even though i wouldn't mind drew being moved still.

prediction - we will sign sarunas and drew will be moved. we still need a backup center and banger power forward. we have a few backup centers playing in the summer league but it wouldn't be a good solution.

is it possible to get RE or JJames and sarunas without trading drew? Drew is young still, and has been moved so many times. I really see him helping us, especially if he can come in with AV off the bench and bring the energy. U all really disrespect him sometimes. And no, i don't need to hear the reasons why. I have read them too much already. They are valid points, but the way i see it is this:
1. Drew gets told he is moving to the bench, drew is pissed, drew is traded. In fact, they could ask him b4 we bring someone else in if he would be pissed.
2. Drew gets told he is moving to the bench, is a little salty, but stays on the team, contributes, and is content bc the cavs have a good record.

I have no problem with these scenarios, but mad heads on this board just cast him off like he didn't help us last year. So if the cap permits it, why not keep him?

We just need a certain mold for a PF and Drew doesn't fit that, we don't have enough cap space if we want Sarunas and a new PF, he wasn't content being on the bench thats why Orlando dealt him away, he already said I dont want to be on the bench and with his recent comments him saying he gets a double double every night and wants to be built around he wont come off the bench if we get a better pf then Drew I say trade him, Anderson brings the energy Drew will bring the pouting.
