I don't know why you keep bringing up his last name being changed. What does that have anything to do with anything? Hell, we can all read Wikipedia.

Because people keep thinking that he was a part of a White segregationist society and that's probably not the case. If anything, he was most likely discriminated against because of his race.

And why the fuck would you have a problem with me bringing up his past? Him changing his name from a Jewish name to an Anglo-Saxon name isn't of interest to a conversation about racism??

Remember Sterling is 80 and lived when segregation was government law. He was born into it. Fining sterling for being rascist would be like fining waiters for being born black. I don't know of anyone who hates stronger than the elderly.

What the hell is going on the past few days? Racist old white guys coming out of the woodwork.

The NBA will do irreversible damage if they don't try and remove Sterling as owner. This guy has a long history of divisive issues based on race. The guy used to heckle Baron Davis from the sidelines. Just unbelievable. It's one thing to hear about it, it's entirely different when it's caught on tape and live on forever through youtube.
