The "What are you playing now?" Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Persona 5 is awesome and I can not say anything better if you are into old school JRPGs and or Anime alike. I know people love P4 Golden but this one is so nice to look at and play it is almost an experience than a game. This and Breath of the Wild are the two games I can not stop playing. Nier Automata is crying left alone but I will get back to that but right now Two games that use style over real and win out for me.

Bought Pokemon Moon and Mario Superstars on my 3ds yesterday. Both games are pretty fun.

I'm finishing up Arkham Knight still. I have 31 hours on record, so i'm nearing the end. My gaming time has been shut down big time :(

Havent touched Prey. Was busy all weekend. Stupidly busy today. As usual. Sigh.

This game has been getting a lot of mixed reviews. Some people love it, some hate it. Some people love it for the same reason some people hate it. It looks like a game i'd like. I already have too many games to play at the moment.

I just recently had to FORCE myself to not do anything so I can get through Mass Effect Andromeda.

About 50 hours in, 2 main story missions left and a whole dickload of side shit still, but progress.

The story has gotten fucking INTERESTING - to say the least.

Not all that surprising given the lukewarm reception Andromeda got, coupled with BioWare not having a true home run game since Mass Effect 2 and the terrible ending of Mass Effect 3 leaving a bad taste in the mouths of many.

Yeah, not that surprised but I was hoping they'd at least finish the new trilogy. Looks like EA has struck again.

Well, that's what EA does. They buy up high profile studios and slowly run them into the ground by absorbing them into their toxic corporate culture. The prominent people who helped build the studios move on to start up new studios free of the EA "culture" and the quality of the games declines over time until EA finally shutters them. They've done this so many times already that it's almost always a kiss of death eventually when EA buys a studio like BioWare.

Got NBA Playgrounds yesterday. Haven't got to play it yet but looks fun.

Anyone play Persona 5? I impulse bought it after reading some great reviews, and I literally fell asleep while playing it the other day. I'm about an hour in and I feel like nothing is happening. Can someone convince me that it gets better/fun?

I haven't played persona, but I do know that it's a japanese rpg and that isn't everybodies cup of tea. I think if you enjoy jrpgs like I do; then this is a game that possibly warrants those high scores.
