Before you freak out, go crazy, scream and shout... just listen

if this team continues spiraling downward, out of control

if we look like we will be in the top 4-5 of the lotto

this could be the deepest draft of all time....possibly

kyrie is going to be MISERABLE here losing again...he's already doing some diva stuff, stops playing hard..he's going to be plotting his escape

do we think about pulling a philly???

philly had to push reset and move their allstar point guard for rebuilding tools

what im saying is... if we could walk away with our own top 5 pick and another in the top 5, should we do it?

what if we could walk away with marcus smart and parker, wiggins, gordon, randle???

we'd have to think about it...

grant has fucked us...big time

a draft this deep might be the right time to do something crazy.

May God have mercy on your soul.

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

I just made a post about this in the NBA draft thread.

I could live with it if we still suck by all star break.

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

RCF has officially hit rock bottom.

im only suggesting if we end up in the bottom 5 teams with a top 5 pick

if that happens, it means the cavs hit rock bottom

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

This thread proves that the last few weeks the posting level has gotten about as bad as the Cavs on court play. This forum has taken a major hit. It is hell to read through some of these threads. This is absolutely terrible. Sorry Greatful, but it is. Absolutely terrible. This thread should be locked and deleted.

Jrue Holiday wasnt the best player on the team and he had some limitations. Philly felt he was replaceable and for the most part they were right.

Also Philly like Chicago and indiana rebooted their build several times

Cavs though havent even reached the point where they are ready to go with a reboot on their build.

Cavs certainly dont want to be the Old Clippers or the Sacramento Kings.

lusting over the new crop of young players is just some sort of twisted stockholm syndrome. Right now the Cavs just need to grow what they have not just restart a whole new cycle and be at the same point we are now. a bunch of young talent thats still trying to figure out how to win in the NBA.

This thread is just plain trash.

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

Because trading your star player is exactly what you do when your team isn't playing good.

this team looks like complete garbage

lets say we get pick #4

and team with pick #2 or pick #1 calls us and asks about kyrie ...you gotta think about it

im not sure you do it, but u think about it

walking away from the draft with any combo of smart/parker/wiggins/randle (except the combo of parker and wiggins)

chance at 2 blue chip guys to bring along together, grow together

we blew our shot at a running mate for kyre....totally blew it

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

Well I will trade him for Jabari Parker. Replace Kyrie with Dion at the point, kara at the 2. We are good to go.

and the team will look like garbage again. the reason people are lamabasting your post is because you dont seem to understand why they look like garbage.

Theres alot of areas the Cavs can improve on in intangibles and execution. That has nothing to do with talent. We should all be experts by now on the difference between garbage from a lack of talent and garbage thats a by product of a young team that is still melding.

Its time to let the team grow. have consistent lineups. play with high energy and work on those intangibles. not just recycle with younger players and compound the issues.

The Cavs build took its course because the roster was toasted and the cupboard bare. They had to there was really no other viable choice for the team. now after just doing it. you want to do it all over again after 12 games.

This team wont even reach its full potential for another 3 years.

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

Fuck off already.

Hold up, Tony Romo. If the rest of the league thinks Romo is a superstar because they don't yet know what we know, should we not at least entertain the idea? I mean, I know if I thought the kid was Romo, I sure as hell would.
