Is TT going to fuck up bench chemistry? IMO, yes, but less than Rose would because TT is literally 0 threat from 3 basically allowing there to be a free roam guy on Korver. I'd love to see if TT has attempted to add a 10-15 foot shot. I think the positive here is that Wade is a great passer and TT can be a good cutter to the rim (like he was with Delly on the P&R minus Wade's jumpshot not being as reliable). I'm hoping Thompson has gotten himself good and healthy and will show flashes of what he was in 2016 and 2015.

Agreed. Outside of Rose's slashing dribble, he's useless. The in-game jumper is broken and his 'me first' style is not great for our squad/ I'd much rather have Jose out there, which not one person would have said when the signing was made.

I agree. I was 100% for putting TT in the starting unit, and moving Crowder to the bench.

But man, after seeing the team's reaction to him icing the game, I think he still needs more time.

So, I'm cool with TT running with the Core 4 on the bench...for now.

I wish he would take that shot once or twice a game. It doesnt need to go in for it to affect the way they guard him. Kind of like throwing it deep in football, even if you dont connect, it keeps the secondary honest.

I would have preferred he took those shots the pre Lebron years when he should have been developing. We can’t have him doing that crap now. We have too many guys who should be taking those shots.
