Tristan Thompson

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Any chance we can keep him on a 6-minute restriction for the rest of the season?

But in all seriousness, I don't buy that one bit. There's no reason to bring a player back to a regular season game to have him run out there for only 6 minutes. 6 minutes is barely enough time for me to heat up a bag of popcorn during a timeout, let alone for a player to acclimate to game speed after 6 weeks. The fact that he disappeared to the locker room also seems to support that.

I think his restriction was more like 12-14 minutes but for one reason or another, he didn't make it.

Lue said postgame the plan was only to play him the first half, and he wanted to get him back in in the 2nd quarter, but the opportunity didn't present himself.

We was playing very well in 2nd quarter and didn't want to disrupt the flow by inserting TT back in. We are playing very good ball without him , he doesn't need to play.

It's a shame that we can't trade him for the little bit that he's worth. We're much better off without him

Thompson + Shumpert + Rose

Otherwise known as a fucking homerun trade package 3 years ago...lol

Ive gotta think theyre still worth something...right?

Tristan Thompson (calf) experienced soreness in warmups and will not play vs. the Lakers on Thursday.

I hope he's not putting off a surgery. We need him on the floor either way (wether that's so we can trade him or contributing at 15mins a night)

Or better sarcasm detectors, lol

I'm not sure if we've missed the boat on this but I got your sarcasm, and I, in turn, was being sarcastic lol :chuckle:

I knew you were. I was being semi self deprecating and saying you were smarter than I. You are one of my favorite posters on here, and if you ever come back to the states but make a trip to Arizona let me know.

So why no Tristan last night?
