There's no reason to bring a player back to a regular season game to have him run out there for only 6 minutes. 6 minutes is barely enough time for me to heat up a bag of popcorn during a timeout, let alone for a player to acclimate to game speed after 6 weeks. The fact that he disappeared to the locker room also seems to support that.

I think his restriction was more like 12-14 minutes but for one reason or another, he didn't make it.

Lue said postgame the plan was only to play him the first half, and he wanted to get him back in in the 2nd quarter, but the opportunity didn't present himself.

We was playing very well in 2nd quarter and didn't want to disrupt the flow by inserting TT back in. We are playing very good ball without him , he doesn't need to play.
