What will your reaction be if no trade is made?

Curious to see how people feel. Last year it seemed 99% of the board wanted Zerb gone so bad and they would be so pissed if he wasn't traded. But then after the deadline, it some how switched to 99% of the board saying they were happy we didn't make a trade and they were glad we kept the chemistry, etc.

So this year, I want to see people's opinions right now, so when they switch their opinion (if trade is not made), I will know they are just full of shit. I am only taking about a significant trade (Jamison, Murphy, Hamilton, West, etc.)

Can a mod please put a poll on this?

- No chance at a title now. Ferry is a dead man.

Spontaneous Combustion

A trade will be made this year, and it's bound to be a significant addition. If a trade isn't made, I will be completely shocked....and then the spontaneous combustion will occur.

Well in all honesty I won't know my reaction until the deadline, because it will mostly depend on what the sticking point was for the Cavs. The final selling price for the big names that are most likely to move, Jamison and Murphy, will also factor in to how I react to the Cavs decision.

True. It has to be the right trade. That's why I said surprised. I think Ferry will do anything to get the right trade, but I'll be upset if it's a bad move that costs us valuable pieces. Jamison is still my biggest hope.

This team is already a very good team, we just need to make a minor or a bigger trade. If we stand pat yet again I think I'll be angry, but like said before I'll trust Ferry's judgment.

I would be really worried about the playoffs once we got to LA or Boston. As much as I am hoping and dreaming we land AJ, I know that Ferry can not make the other side deal with us. As much as I think a trade is 100 percent needed, realistically I know there is always a chance it will not happen. Now, if i find out we did not make a trade due to wanting to hold on to JJ Hickson for a player such as Jamison, I will be very upset and discouraged.

The bottom line is we need to realize there is no guarantee it will happen, no matter how much we need it. I really hope that we are celebrating on the 18th, not melting down. Anyone that follows this team ever game realizes adding another scoring option will give us the best chance at having an RCF meeting in the streets of downtown Cleveland IN Mid June. By the way, wouldn't that be the ultimate "first RCF" get together!!!!!!!

I'd try to take a 'wait and see' stance, but given what I've seen out of this team so far this year, I just don't think they have it in them to win a championship as currently constructed, so I'd be disappointed.

I think we should trade him too, but getting Z back after a buyout is also something we need to do. His length is valuable against teams like L.A.
