I agree. However, with the league luxury cap dropping and some teams in financial difficulties with high payrolls and lower attendance...a $14 miillion expiring contract like Ben's may be enticing to some teams in light of the current economic conditions affecting the league.

What about acquiring a player like C.J Miles of Utah. Not sure about his defence but statistically he hits the 3 ball at 35% on 2.5 attempts, has great size for a player off the bench at 6'6 and 220.
