And, about another 40 pounds of muscle.

They look incredibly different with very similar height and reach measurements. The stylistic approach is also quite different.

But hey, 12 days to go until the draft... Not battling, just shooting the shit. Let's dig in because we have all the time in the world.

I like that he can post, put the ball on the floor and pass too. He has the tools to be an excellent defender due to length and strength. Also looks like he could maybe drop 10-15 and increase his basketball athleticism.

Maybe that comes in handy for banging with the Zions of the league? Just stay the same weight but turn any fat into muscle. He's pretty fast, quick footed, and he already gets off the floor as quick as anyone.

Is it weird or considered poor form in any way that his right leg kicks/drifts forward on all his 3PA?

It's not too strange but extra noticeable with him. His leg movement is incredibly exaggerated on his shot attempts, especially off the dribble. My favorite to watch is his "splits" jumper in the high post/inside the three point line. He spreads his legs wide and it looks a little goofy. But damnit, it helps his balance/adjusting the target to the rim from the tape I've seen (which includes missed FGs). Matteo has drawn and-ones this way too.

His shooting touch is pretty good. He shoots a lot off the dribble and looks good (if not a bit ridiculous sometimes) doing it. He really seems to understand how to keep defenders off balance/on their back foot with the threat of his dribble/being able to shoot off it. In general, he's seems pretty good about understanding positioning. Sometimes does a bit too much, especially when teams send multiple guys at him (gets stripped that way), but I like his overall feel of the court (on offense).

If he comes into the league doing that AND gets whistles for contact/three point contests... Goodness. Will be a little annoying, not gonna lie :chuckle:

Physically, Procida reminds me alot of 'Super Mario' Hezonja. However, instead of going in the lottery, he's likely to go in the 2nd round of the draft. Interesting guy, who could be worth developing.

Wendell Moore is my dream player at this pick

I like Wendell Moore alot too. I've been trying to think who Wendell Moore would help to hedge with #14 to try to fill all our needs. I think Eason and Jordan Hall would cover alot of bases. Dieng and Wendell Moore might be give us some versatility and Moore would give us someone to possibly lean on while Dieng develops.

Wendell Moore and Jordan Hall are my top two that I hope we take with #39. Jordan Hall might have the edge just because I think he can fill the backup PG role in bigger body and we might not get that at #14 unless Dyson Daniels slides to us or they take a Dieng. I'm not sure how where Wendell Moore fits in if we take someone like Jalen Williams, Branham, or Dalen Terry. I think they would have alot of overlap with Wendell Moore.
