And neither was as impressive as Yi. Neither has a "situation" like Yi to deal with. Harris met with Yi and let him know that there will be no trade. From that, Yi will come to understand that Fegan is just wasting Yi's time and tarnishing his image both in America and China. I expect Fegan the fall guy to be fired before this is over.
I could care less if he signs the contract tomorrow or November first. The fact remains that Yi will be a Buck. As it stands today, Villanueva is entrenched as the starter at PF. Yi will be brought along slowly and will have to earn his way into the starting lineup...which I see him doing. He'll be a great help defender for Bogut who's pretty solid with positional defense.

This young Dream Shake...
...is going to lead to a lot of these:
Looking at Yi's array of moves, skills, athleticism, and size I don't think it's outrageous to say that he has more upside than Dirk Nowitzki.
Dirk is a great perimeter scorer and rebounder but offers nothing defensively and is not adept at taking smaller men to the rack.
Yi may not have Dirk's deep range, but he compensates by being able to take the ball strong to the rack...aided by his perimeter game. Yi has also been likened to Tyson Chandler with his ability to block shots. That's the dimension that Dirk doesn't bring to the table.
Much like Yao, Yi has a well developed base that will only get stronger. His base, much like Carlos Boozer, will allow him to post up and spin off of defenders for dunks and layups
Yi appears to be very smart on the court. He dunks everything with two hands...good sign as the two handed dunk is less likely to get blocked and more likely to draw fouls if contested. The explosive quick rising ability at 7-0 will set Yi apart from most guys his size.

WOW TJ4Yi is too hard-headed and stubborn to get it. He will never stop arguing. Perhaps he is a closet Cavs fan. Scary what other skeletons might be in that closet. 
I think Yi is a weak-ass dunker, cant wait for Bron to posterize him.
Im done talking directly with TJ4Yi. Only 3rd person for TJ from me now. He's like that groundhog arcade game, when you keep whopping them in the head. They keep coming back, but you gotta stop feeding them quarters...

Just watched this dude against the Kings summer league hacks...The guy looks completely awful... He cannot handle a double team to save his life...Any type of physical defender throws this guy off his track....He looks nothing like an NBA prospect right now..
