Just watched this dude against the Kings summer league hacks...The guy looks completely awful... He cannot handle a double team to save his life...Any type of physical defender throws this guy off his track....He looks nothing like an NBA prospect right now..

Yi hadn't played or practiced with the CNT for months prior to linking up with them in Dallas. The reports say his conditioning isn't there yet so we expect his performances to be up and down. Yi was clearly worn out and struggled accordingly.

HOWEVA, the clips that you saw several pages back are not illusions. The talent is apparent and once Yi gets NBA strength (upper body) and conditioning while playing with guys like Redd, Simmons, Bogut, and Mo Williams, he won't have to worry about being the focal point of the defense. The double duece will continue to draw the doubles.

This just in....Milwaukee is making overtures to one Gerald Wallace. Yi at the 4 and Wallace at the 3 would combine for a pretty athletic duo.

My guess is that the Bucks would be willing to let Mo walk if they needed to up the ante to reel in the young and athletic GW. As it stands now, they can offer Mo about 8mil and Wallace about 7.5mil to start.

Nice dunk by Rudy. No 7 footer should be able to guard an athletic small forward with Gay's height and length. With that being said, Yi returned the favor in that matchup dunking on Gay and two teammates with the AND1.

Don't worry, you guys still have Z and Marshall under contract. The future is bright in Cleveland as well.
