Your top 5 choices at #19

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If anybody should know to stay away from white guys, it's Danny Ferry.

I'm not too picky really. Either a perimeter player namely CDR, Rush or Batum. Or if we go big I'll be content with McGee, Speights and Koufos.

I dont see any stars amoungst them, but I dont see busts either.

green is not a good fit here. not polished at all. too light to d up guys his size. not quick enough to guard threes. questionable shot selection, and in love with his jumper, and good in transition which we would undoubtedly waste. i love the kid, but he needs a lot of work upstairs to even come close to maximizing his frame and athleticism.

Someone's been reading scouting reports ;)
That's a pretty fair assesment of Donte. Dude has Rashard Lewis potential, maybe even better. He should have stayed another year

^People should stop listing Arthur, no way he is still on board at #19.

1. Rush smart
2. Douglas-Roberts
3. Speights <- a little hesitated on picking this guy. Said to have mental lapses and I don't want another Drew Badden. But potential is too good to pass up.
4. Batum/McGee
5. Richard Hendrix

In all seriousness, though:

1. Lawson
2. (Blank)
3. CDR
4. Budinger (hey, he runs the floor and hits shots. I'd rather have a guy who can create offense, but at least he's got solid skills we know should translate. He may not be the white J.R. Smith, but he'd be fine.)
5. Kufos
6. Batum

I'm tempted to find every rep I ever gave you and remove them.

My comprehensive top 5 list of reasons Chase Budinger should never be a Cavalier:

1. The novelty of dorky white guys jumping high wore out with Birdman in the dunk contest.
2. Mike Brown values perimeter defense and Budinger plays defense like he has a three day old diaper rash.
3. His name is Chase and he plays volleyball. Thats what happens when you raise your kids in the mean streets of Carlsbad, California.
4. Zona games this year with Bayless out: 1 win, 3 losses.
5. We already have a soft 6'8 frat boy with no soul, and Sasha is locked up for a few more years.

Donte Greene SF/PF
Marreese Speights PF/C
Chris Douglas Roberts SG
Jason Thompson -underrated PF who has polished moves..
Courtney Lee SG/SF

Those are my top five..

these are my "if the above guys are gone"..
Ty Lawson PG UNC
Brandon Rush SG/SF
JaVale McGee

I'd be happy with these five and in no particular order of preference:

JaVale McGee
Alexis Ajinica
Courtney Lee
Brandon Rush
CDR

At 19 in no order I wouldn't mind any of the following players....

Nicolas Batum
Brandon Rush
Chris Douglas-Roberts
Marreese Speights
Darrell Arthur
Kosta Koufos

In the 2nd round in no order.....

Alexis Ajinca
Courtney Lee
Richard Hendrix
JR Giddens
Othello Hunter
Josh Duncan

Chad Ford has us taking Koufos at 19 and explains his ability as a young Z. I really think Koufos will be a bad pick and may not even play in the NBA seeing he hasn't ruled out playing in Greece. Do we really need another finesse center? I don't think so. Some people like Koufos and compare him to Dirk, but i don't see him that way.
