What it does is jump the development period and say what should happen eventually, along with hinting that eventually should happen now. It's exactly what I'd expect a journalist to say, because they don't have skin in the game like a coach would. When the Indians were bad and Lindor was in AA, was the Tribe front office wrong for keeping him in the minors until he was ready?

Yeah i didn't mean to discredit the article by any means. It's just typical conjecture that usually doesn't serve much of a purpose to the informed fan (which i consider most posters on RCF to be) but just to avoid confusion, when you say "coach" to you mean someone within the Brown's organization or @sportscoach?
