Either they get a QB because Watson is going to be out long term or they stand pat because hes coming back after the Cardinals.

If hes out, and they dont get a QB.....as much as I like AB....would be criminal. We would be punting on yet another year of Myles Garrett.

So now berry throws away the rest of the season because he had a month to address backup qb and has done nothing. Great. Watson will be in and out of the lineup all year with this injury. Backup qb should have been top priority.

I have the feeling they are going back to Dorian Thompson-Robinson with better preparation soon. Walker has been a turnover machine. Remember that last time DTR was thrown into the game without practice reps all week.

Eh, he may have been slotted in as WR3 to start the season due to experience but there’s nothing about his play or traits that makes him a better option than Tillman, Goodwin, and Bell.

The consider he’s a FA and given his stat line, there’s no way he’d get a big contact that would yield back a 2025 draft pick.

So they chose to trade him and guarantee themselves a pick.

Listen man, if teams with $40M per year QB's invested as much into a backup QB as you are insinuating they would be pointing out an obvious problem. You don't want that to be a problem.

DPJ has been doing cardio all year, but he’s shown more than Tillman or Bell by a lot and Goodwin is just a burner

DPJ has a great catch radius and can high point the ball. He makes spectacular catches more often than I would have expected from him and more often than Moore (5’2”) ever will

I’m fine with trading him because it’s obvious he was not going to be back, but idk how anyone can claim pure unknowns are as good as him
