We need Love badly. But this defense.... pathetic. I really do hope they're mindfucking the league into thinking something that they're not.

LeBron is playing too much and being asked to do too much. This is leading to him giving ZERO effort on defense, which is killing us on that end. It wont solve everything, but if LeBron actually defended one of the better opponents and played hard instead of "guarding" guys like Stanley Johnson every night, youd see the D improve dramatically. He literally stands around on defense doing nothing a lot of defensive possessions. Play him less so he can actually give some effort on D without being completely gassed by the 4th Q.

Lue needs to just straight up tell Shump that if he doesn't start locking people down that he'll never see another minute the rest of the season. Can't believe how awful he is on defense. What a mistake basically choosing him over Delly was.

What's scary is we did care. We had to trap them on the perimeter eventually, because our on ball defenders, not just Kyrie, Shumpert too, were that bad, which was leading to WIDE OPEN, UNCONTESTED 10 foot jumpers down the middle of the paint.

This is red alert, we are in serious trouble right now on that end stuff.

Offensively, I'm not that worried because Korver and Love are coming back. JR is just getting back and will find his way.

But defensively, we really are not good.

LeBron is averaging 31/12/9 this month. I'm fukkin ok about everything.

This is the time of the year where he goes into beast mode March-June.

Get Love back healthy, Korver gets healed up, JR finds a groove...we'll be set.

Warriors fans aren't sweating them having off games without Durant as long as he comes back healthy.

Same should be for us with Love. Up until the injury he was probably our 2nd best player on the season. Obviously Kyrie has taken it to another level lately. However, it shouldn't be too surprising our level of play has finally dipped lately. Without our 3rd all star it finally caught up to us.

We'll be fine when the playoffs start.
