Windhorst on All Bets Are Off...

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hypothetically who would you rather have here in the long term...Andy or David Lee. I think Lee is definitely a better scorer but Andy is much improved in that area this year as well. That would be a decision that would require some thought and debate...all hypothetical of course because it's not going to be an issue most likely.

Andy without question. He has the size, both height and muscle mass, to play center, and is a much much better defender. Lee is actually a poor defender. Plus Andy has chemistry here, especially with LeBron. LeBron always seems to know where Andy is on the court.

Andy without thinking 2x andy plays D and if he was starting on NYK he would be getting 20/10 beacuse they play no D

Lee:thumbdown and we would have to more then likely take on curry:thumbdown:thumbdown

I say David Lee. Better rebounder, better shooter. He had a 30/20 game this year already. The only thing andy has on him is size

Is there any possible way that you can fix your grammar? I had to read that like three damn times to figure out what you were trying to say.

Agreed.

I think he meant.......

Andy without thinking twice, Andy plays defense. If he was starting on the New York Knicks he would average 20ppg/10rpg because they play no defense.

Thumbs down to Lee, if we wanted to acquire him we would more than likely have to take on Curry.

While the Cavs are posturing for a better deal, I think it would hurt the team not to make a good trade. With Delonte out six weeks, We need to boost it up or we will have difficulty landing the number one seed, which means we have to beat Boston in Boston. Also without Delonte Lebron's minutes are up, which is also not a good thing.

As for the David Lee versus AV, while Lee's numbers are better in NY, I think Anderson is a better choice for us. He is better equipped to compliment Lebron because he is an active defender and is big enough to play serious center. If we need an unstoppable power forward, we can use Lebron.

At this point it is clear that a tough defending, sharp shooting 2 is what retruns us to top form. The ideal guy plays for Detroit, but I don't think we can get him.
