They should trade 56 for a future second if they can.

Why not? There's plenty of good reasons to do so that have already been outlined here by others, I'm not going to rehash them.At this point, I don’t see Mobley being drafted unless it’s by the Cavs. The question is why use a pick when we could just sign him as an undrafted free agent?
Your perspective is very obtuse.NBA teams are not in the business of making nice gestures. And before you say "Thanasis Antetokounmpo", giving that dude a roster spot wasn't a nice gesture, it was purely a business decision.
Mobley isn't Giannis. He's not going anywhere, and wasting a spot on his bro would be just that... a waste. It's even possible it would become a distraction, an elephant in the room.
So you're just making up "official" measurements now?Isaiah is 6'8'' without shoes. That is is the official measurement.
He's very slow for his size.
I understand what you’re saying. My point of contention is this- Mobley is unlikely to get drafted and the Cavs, given their ties to the family, would have to be considered a strong front runner to sign him as an UDFA. So, do you waste a pick on a guy that you’re likely to sign anyways? I guess I don’t really see the logic in that, unless you’re just trying to stay in the good graces of the family.

Zero chance. 17-26 rangeWon't make it to 39.

"Measured 6’8.0” barefoot, 6’9.75” in shoes 8’11.5” standing reach, 238.0 lbs, and 7’3.0” wingspan at the 2021 NBA Draft Combine"

Agreed, he is in the ballpark of Tristan Thompsons measurements. That's big enough for a center.
If his feet are too slow that is another issue. A 6'10" guy in shoes who can shoot 3's could be a valuable backup. Is he better than Moses Brown? That's the question I guess.
